It’s fairly safe to say that after 40 years each, both Jeff Rose and Steve Leslie are well forged into the transport sector. Either from behind the wheel, scheduling drivers, managing contractors and large fleets, both followed different paths to eventually arrive at the same destination.

Both Jeff and Steve recognised transport operators and drivers were lacking an online platform that worked the way it should. One that was powerful, and equally as important, simple to use.

TransUltimate was created for transport operators by transport professionals who understand the industry inside and out.

TransUltimate is the vision and result of two transport professionals who saw the need for a paperless platform that worked for drivers and office staff.

We listened to drivers and operators, so TransUltimate’s very DNA originates from the industry and the people who work within it. You could say, it wasn’t developed for the transport industry, but it was developed from it.

JEFF ROSE

Jeff has been involved in the transport industry in various roles throughout his working career. Jeff started as a Diesel Mechanic then progressed to Branch Manager for Cummins Diesel and various transport companies.

He has also worked in Canberra as Member Services Manager for NatRoad, the national trucking association.

As a qualified Exemplar Global and approved NHVR Lead Auditor, Jeff has been conducting NHVAS, TruckSafe and WA HVA audits and assisting businesses to gain accreditation in these schemes for over 10 years.

STEVE LESLIE

Experience for Steve was gained from being at the rockface of the industry since 1978.

For 20 years, Steve managed employees and contractors in his own transport businesses. From working behind the wheel and behind the desk, he brings this knowledge and experience to his clients.

Steve is an NHVR approved Auditor and is a Supply Chain Specialist who has assisted many businesses, from micro to multi-national to comply with their CoR safety duties.
